Kick-off via Zoom
Participate in our first Zoom meeting with all participants. Here you will receive an introduction to the program and meet the team and your fellow travelers.

E-Guide
After the Zoom meeting, you will receive the e-Guide, packed with important information, delicious recipes, and practical cooking tips essential for achieving your goals.

Regular group meetings
Every 2 to 4 weeks, there will be a group meeting to discuss your progress, share experiences, and receive additional guidance.

Progress photos
During and at the end of the program, you will send us your photos again. This is the moment to truly see and celebrate the changes you have undergone.

Closing Meeting
We conclude the program with a final group meeting where we celebrate your progress, provide feedback, and offer advice for the future.
