The Curriculum

Curriculum

Your Health Concept offers participants a curriculum designed to enable healthcare professionals to alleviate their clients' health complaints. This curriculum deviates from conventional training programs. It teaches systemic thinking and constantly challenges you to let go of ingrained beliefs.

As each individual is a living being, the program is rooted in understanding and seeking to understand life itself. It is based on quantum biological processes. The goal of the training is to provide you with 'Personal Mastery'. The acquired Personal Mastery will improve clients' health and solve problems.

Your Health Concept guarantees that participants, upon successful completion, will be able to understand most of their clients' complaints and implement appropriate interventions.

Training Methodology: Experiential Learning.

Nature is self-learning. It creates the ideal environment for itself to explore and evolve.

Every child has the potential to be self-learning, provided they are stimulated by a loving and challenging environment to explore and learn. Therefore, this training offers an environment that encourages development. The methodology is: learning by discovery and by doing. Both children and adults only learn to solve problems by actively tackling them.

Most traditional forms of education focus on demonstrating examples: “look how we do it.” Such education often requires reproducing and implementing the presented solutions. Traditional education first teaches theory, followed by a test. Life, however, first presents a test, after which you learn a lesson. This vision forms the foundation of the Your Health Academy.

The training methodology emphasizes interactive learning and self-discovery. Specifically, this means that participants:

  • Must read articles or watch videos and share their conclusions and insights with fellow students.
  • Must present practical cases. Students should discover and discuss the essence of these cases.

Your Health Method

The Your Health Method recognizes the fundamental role of our biorhythm as the conductor of all biological processes.

Every system, every organ, every cell, and even every DNA strand in our body operates according to an internal clock synchronized by our master clock in the brain. The biological clock, and its rhythm, determines the overall health of all organs and systems in our body. This also applies to the balance of our hormones.

When this rhythm is disrupted, a chain reaction of disturbances occurs. This leads to an energy deficit. Everything in health depends on the amount of energy. A healthy individual radiates energy, while a sick individual struggles with a deficit.

In our modern world, the natural stimuli that promote energy production are increasingly being replaced by artificial stimuli to which our bodies have not yet adapted. This continuous disruption leads to reduced energy production, resulting in health complaints.

It is not humanity that has changed, but the environment in which we live. Without an understanding of the natural laws that have governed our biological clocks for millions of years, preventing and curing chronic diseases is an impossible task.

We must look further, beyond symptom management. We must shift our focus to the influence of our environment and the unnatural stimuli that disrupt our biological clocks. That is the essence of the Your Health Method – it is not merely an approach, but a fundamental shift in how we understand and address health.

We conclude that there is a mismatch between human DNA and the way modern society influences it. Our DNA contains a natural adaptive capacity. This capacity is undermined by this mismatch.

Modern humans are energetically depleted, and healthcare professionals lack the right tools to replenish this energy deficit. Accelerated aging is evident in the prolonged illness of modern humans.

Without losing sight of science, we distance ourselves from the way of thinking and acting that primarily focuses on symptom management. Deviating from methods that focus on symptom management is not only the common thread of our interventions but also the essence of our training.

We believe that as a healthcare professional, you should learn to stimulate and enhance the self-reliance, self-preservation, and self-healing of each individual.

During this training, we will teach you, based on quantum biological principles, what is needed to address the root cause of health problems.
