The Curriculum
Curriculum
Your Health Concept offers participants a curriculum designed to enable healthcare professionals to alleviate their clients' health complaints. This curriculum deviates from conventional training programs. It teaches systemic thinking and constantly challenges you to let go of ingrained beliefs.
As each individual is a living being, the program is rooted in understanding and seeking to understand life itself. It is based on quantum biological processes. The goal of the training is to provide you with 'Personal Mastery'. The acquired Personal Mastery will improve clients' health and solve problems.
Your Health Concept guarantees that participants, upon successful completion, will be able to understand most of their clients' complaints and implement appropriate interventions.
Training Methodology: Experiential Learning.
Nature is self-learning. It creates the ideal environment for itself to explore and evolve.
Every child has the potential to be self-learning, provided they are stimulated by a loving and challenging environment to explore and learn. Therefore, this training offers an environment that encourages development. The methodology is: learning by discovery and by doing. Both children and adults only learn to solve problems by actively tackling them.
Most traditional forms of education focus on demonstrating examples: “look how we do it.” Such education often requires reproducing and implementing the presented solutions. Traditional education first teaches theory, followed by a test. Life, however, first presents a test, after which you learn a lesson. This vision forms the foundation of the Your Health Academy.
The training methodology emphasizes interactive learning and self-discovery. Specifically, this means that participants:
- Must read articles or watch videos and share their conclusions and insights with fellow students.
- Must present practical cases. Students should discover and discuss the essence of these cases.
Your Health Method
The Your Health Method recognizes the fundamental role of our biorhythm as the conductor of all biological processes.
Every system, every organ, every cell, and even every DNA strand in our body operates according to an internal clock synchronized by our master clock in the brain. The biological clock, and its rhythm, determines the overall health of all organs and systems in our body. This also applies to the balance of our hormones.
When this rhythm is disrupted, a chain reaction of disturbances occurs. This leads to an energy deficit. Everything in health depends on the amount of energy. A healthy individual radiates energy, while a sick individual struggles with a deficit.
In our modern world, the natural stimuli that promote energy production are increasingly being replaced by artificial stimuli to which our bodies have not yet adapted. This continuous disruption leads to reduced energy production, resulting in health complaints.
It is not humanity that has changed, but the environment in which we live. Without an understanding of the natural laws that have governed our biological clocks for millions of years, preventing and curing chronic diseases is an impossible task.
We must look further, beyond symptom management. We must shift our focus to the influence of our environment and the unnatural stimuli that disrupt our biological clocks. That is the essence of the Your Health Method – it is not merely an approach, but a fundamental shift in how we understand and address health.
We conclude that there is a mismatch between human DNA and the way modern society influences it. Our DNA contains a natural adaptive capacity. This capacity is undermined by this mismatch.
Modern humans are energetically depleted, and healthcare professionals lack the right tools to replenish this energy deficit. Accelerated aging is evident in the prolonged illness of modern humans.
Without losing sight of science, we distance ourselves from the way of thinking and acting that primarily focuses on symptom management. Deviating from methods that focus on symptom management is not only the common thread of our interventions but also the essence of our training.
We believe that as a healthcare professional, you should learn to stimulate and enhance the self-reliance, self-preservation, and self-healing of each individual.
During this training, we will teach you, based on quantum biological principles, what is needed to address the root cause of health problems.

Academy Testimonials
Since I started the training at YHC, I have significantly changed my lifestyle. And that's despite thinking I was already living a super healthy life. The more I learn, the more I discover that there are so many aspects that a 'layperson' in today's society no longer learns, but which should actually be part of everyone's basic knowledge.
Quantum biology might sound 'alternative,' new, and not yet well-researched, but in fact, everything can be related back to natural laws (and extensive scientific research and data), and thus, for me, it is very close to the truth. In any case, I am incredibly enthusiastic about it!
But be warned: you cannot go back to 'not knowing' things once you start this (and neither can the people around you ;)). The subject matter is often complex, but the instructors manage to explain it in understandable language every time, even to people like me, without a medical or scientific background. Very impressive.
I am incredibly happy and grateful for this training, and I hope that with this knowledge, I will be able to do many wonderful things in the future.
The Your Health Concept training goes further and deeper than any other health training in the Netherlands. Forget fixating on nutrition, supplements, medication, or unfounded miracle cures. Among other things, you will be introduced to the wondrous world of quantum biology. Thanks to the knowledge and expertise of the instructors, you will quickly connect theory with contemporary health problems. Highly recommended for anyone ready to become the healthcare professional of the future.
I have become convinced that quantum biology is THE key to good health. This training is absolutely worth the investment; for your own health, but also for that of the people around you + future clients.
The (sometimes complicated) material is conveyed with great passion and patience.
After having completed several training programs concerning lifestyle and nutrition, this training finally provides me with the insights needed to genuinely offer solutions for contemporary (chronic) conditions and disease patterns.
For me, these are the missing puzzle pieces that complete the picture, allowing me to contextualize all my previously acquired knowledge and truly help people further!
The Your Health Concept training is highly innovative! The combination of biology and physics offers a unique perspective on both illness and health. The instructors are experts in their field and know how to convey complex subject matter in an understandable way. The curriculum is well-structured, with a good balance between theoretical knowledge and practical applications. The patients who visit during the training also make an enormous contribution to the learning process. This training has deepened my passion for health and illness, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in this groundbreaking vision of quantum biology.
I experience the YHC training as innovative, in-depth, and challenging. Innovative because it teaches you to look at health and disease patterns from a physical and (quantum) biological perspective, scientifically substantiated. We delve really deep, which also means you are cognitively challenged. The subject matter and the theory behind it are complex, and fortunately, the interventions are very well practically applicable. We learn to view health from a systems thinking perspective, moving away from protocols and standard lists, but truly from the idea that every client is unique and requires a customized approach. There is a strong link to practice in the sense that we will also discuss actual real client cases with each other. The training is recommended for healthcare professionals who want to go deeper, address the root cause, and think in an innovative way. Additionally, you can also take the training as a 'career changer,' although some basic knowledge and affinity with health are very useful.
This is the definitive course that teaches you to address the root cause of (hitherto) chronic diseases from the science of quantum biology and physics. It is incredibly insightful! Against our better judgment, we often think we are doing the right thing, until the logic of physics, applied to health, is explained to you and all the pieces of the puzzle start to fall into place. Thomas and Lars teach exceptionally well and clearly. I cannot wait to help people overcome their complaints and regain their energy. Thank you for this offering, YHC team!
